§ 01 / Introduction

About the work.

I make complex SaaS environments work reliably at scale — from a Sales call where ambiguity is biggest, all the way to a production rollout where it can’t exist.

Over the past five years at Definely, a UK Legal Tech SaaS, I’ve owned the full delivery lifecycle — pre-sales, pilot, production — for enterprise legal teams adopting AI-powered drafting and proofreading inside Microsoft 365.

The work spans multiple deployment models (Local & Cloud), enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystems, SSO/SAML integrations, and document management systems — iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint — across four regions.

What I’m good at is removing ambiguity. Turning “it’s complicated” into a structured plan, a documented process, and a system that doesn’t depend on me being in the room.

§ 02 / Capabilities

What I actually do.

01

Delivery & Rollout

End-to-end pilot execution — Local & Cloud — from discovery and scoping through to verified production rollout.

02

Solution Design

Translating legal workflows and client constraints into scalable, repeatable implementations the team can run without me.

03

Enterprise Environments

SSO via Entra ID / SAML, DMS integrations, and Addin deployment via GPO, Intune, or SCCM — including VDI/Citrix.

04

Systems Thinking

Building playbooks, hubs, and processes others can execute — so delivery is transferable, not dependent on individuals.

§ 03 / Experience

A working history.

Solutions Engineer · Definely

London Area, United Kingdom

SE on the Definely Suite — owning the journey from qualification through pilot handover for legal teams and enterprise buyers adopting AI-powered drafting and proofreading in Microsoft 365.

  • Redesigned the qualification framework end-to-end — from 67 to 23 questions across three targeted forms (TRC, TCQ Local, TCQ Cloud), removing pre-sales friction.
  • Contributed to a structured pilot implementation flow with defined ownership at each handover — scoping, build coordination, and CS transition.
  • Authored the SE enablement layer — internal guides, playbooks, and process standards used across the team.
  • Applied AI tooling and prompt engineering across SE workflows — qualification analysis, competitive intelligence, enablement docs.
  • Technical scope: Local (GPO, Intune, SCCM, VDI/Citrix) and Cloud (M365 admin, Entra ID/SSO, iManage / NetDocuments / SharePoint, data residency, AI policy).

Delivery & Release Manager · Definely

London Area, United Kingdom · Team MVP 2025

Owned delivery and release operations across the Definely suite, with PM / BA ownership for the Draft & Proof product line — across five intersecting functions (PM/BA, Delivery, Release, DevOps Coordination, Support) shipping to four regions.

  • 1,000+ customer builds coordinated (400+ in 2025 alone), 20+ major releases across EU, UK, US, APAC.
  • Built systems still in use: Product Delivery Hub · Custom Build Tracker · Support Workflow · RC Build Tracker · Cloud Deployment Hub · Release Branch Coordination Panel.
  • Led the Jira → Linear migration — improving prioritization, ownership, and execution speed.
  • Authored 10+ operational guides used as team standards.
  • Built Cloud License Management playbook — SE, Product, and CS now manage licenses without Engineering.
  • Built internal Python tooling for license recovery, large-scale ticket migration, and bulk data ops.
  • Drove AI adoption in delivery ops — prompt engineering for release reporting, docs, and internal workflows.
