I help enterprise SaaS teams turn complex customer requirements and product constraints into controlled, production-ready delivery.

My work sits between customers, Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Sales and Customer Success. I turn ambiguity into clear readiness criteria, practical implementation plans and accountable handovers.

I also design and build internal applied AI solutions for QA, reporting, knowledge and delivery workflows — with deterministic checks or human approval where the decision requires it.

LegalTech and Microsoft 365 are a substantial part of that experience. The delivery disciplines apply across enterprise SaaS.
